Our telephone helpdesk service enables access to a complete range
of technical skills for assistance with day-to-day issues arising
from your installation.
- Remote access support -
Allows Resultware to log into your server to perform
simple fault fixing and carry out preventative maintenance. We can
also monitor overall performance and the successful completion
of scheduled tasks such as regular backups.
- Technical consultancy service
- This service is designed to assist your IT team in implementing
suggested changes and refinements to your current technology platform.
Pre-scheduled technical site visits assist your own IT staff or,
in some cases, avoid the need to employ in house IT staff at all.
- Software maintenance -
Covers callouts and labour charges on system recovery and
training issues on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis. Any
gaps in training or procedural knowledge can be filled on a
planned basis. Either with or independently of your current
supplier.
