- System audit and report
- The audit assesses the current server and communication/security
features, highlighting any potential configuration, bottleneck and
security issues. The report details the structure implemented and
highlights any potential issues with any suggested improvements.
- Telephone helpdesk -
Our telephone helpdesk service enables access to a complete range
of technical skills for assistance with day-to-day issues arising
from your installation.
- Remote access support -
Allows Resultware to log into your network to run diagnostics, perform
simple fault fixing and carry out preventative maintenance. We can
also keep an eye on overall performance and the successful completion
of scheduled tasks such as regular backups.
- Technical consultancy service
- This service is designed to assist your IT team in implementing
suggested changes and refinements to your current technology platform.
Pre-scheduled technical site visits assist your own IT staff or,
in some cases, avoid the need to employ in house IT staff at all.
- Hardware maintenance -
Covers callouts and labour charges on PC's, printers, file servers
and other peripherals on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis. Any
replacement parts are chargeable making it easy to cover the entire
IT installation regardless of new hardware purchases and replacements.
